Dry coolers are cooling devices that use air to regulate process temperature. These units replace the heat that enters and accumulates in a dry cooler with air circulating inside. Dry coolers have a simple, robust design that includes a heat exchanger (typically finned-tube or micro-channel batteries) and fans that push airflow through the heat exchanger to cool the water or glycol solution passing through it.

These coolers were equipped with fans that draw air from outside the cooler to continue the heat exchange process. Dry cooler devices can generally be preferred as an alternative to the chiller device as they are less costly, and their working logic is systems that prepare cold water using low electricity.

Dry coolers are basically cooling systems that use air to provide the desired temperature. The system operating principle in dry coolers is based on the principle of replacing the inside air with the entering air. The system uses finned pipes or micro channel batteries, that is, it provides the necessary cooling by circulating the air flow through the heat exchangers thanks to the fans surrounding the cooler. These systems are basically preferred as an alternative to chiller systems because they are less costly.
