These are systems that cool the water by discharging the energy gained by the refrigerant gas inside the chiller device through the evaporator and compressor through the condenser. The working principle of the chiller device is as follows: The refrigerant fluid coming from the evaporator is compressed in the compressor and its pressure and temperature are increased. Then the refrigerant fluid passes to the condenser, where the temperature of the refrigerant fluid is removed with water or air. The refrigerant fluid, which becomes liquid, passes through the throttling valve and undergoes a state change and cools down. The refrigerant and water in the evaporator allow the water to cool by transferring heat, and the cooled water is sent to the system through the pump.

We can use the water we cool in any area we need; We can use it in plastic injection machines, suspended and fixed spot welding machines, jaws and transformers of seam welding machines, hydraulic presses, wire erosion machines, shoe sole machines, acid coating facilities, CNC machines, laboratories and test devices. We can use the cooled water in hotels, shopping malls and cold storages by giving it to the fan coil.

Throttle valve; Electronic and standard throttling valves work in harmony with the compressor, ensuring that the refrigerant evaporates under the best conditions.
Evaporator; The cold gas passing through the copper pipes comes into contact with the water and cools the water. Thanks to the Shell-tube evaporator, there will be no clogging in your evaporator.
Pump; Thanks to the centrifugal pump, you can send water to the height you want.
Control Device; It provides control by setting the machine to the temperature we want.
Security Staff; It stops the system by protecting the machine in an unusual situation and prevents the equipment in the machine from malfunctioning.

Chiller cooling devices are divided into two as air-cooled and water-cooled in terms of working principle. The cooling logic of the devices is actually the same. Only the structure of the condenser we use is different. While we cool the refrigerant with air in an air-cooled chiller device, we cool the refrigerant with water in a water-cooled chiller device. Since we cool the refrigerant with water, we can achieve more cooling with less fluid. Therefore, a water-cooled chiller device with the same capacity takes up less space. If there is a lack of space in the area you want to install, a water-cooled chiller device will be more suitable for your business.
